Ingredients

1/2 fresh lime (juiced)
1 tbsp lime juice (from a bottle)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cups oil
2 chicken breasts
Sliced Gruyere cheese

Instructions

Chicken breasts – Halve chicken (chicken will cook a lot faster this way). Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and oil. Cover chicken breasts in marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Grill on top rack, about 10 minutes on each side. Top with cheese and cook until melted, about one to two minutes.

Serve over Spanish rice and top with guacamole.
