Hungry Jack Lefse

Ingredients

5 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup butter
6 1/2 cups Hungry Jack Potato Flakes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

Cool, divide into 2 parts

Add 1 cup of flour to each part

Use about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of dough for each lefse
