This isn’t just a Lefse recipe; it’s a piece of family history! I am delighted to share this cherished recipe, mailed to Grandma Johnson by LeRoy Barsness of Grand Forks, ND, on December 28th, 2000. Lefse holds a special place as a beloved treat in the upper Midwest, and we think recipes with such a wonderful story are even more enjoyable to share.
