Fire Roasted Hot Sauce

A homemade hot sauce made with roasted and dried tomatoes, green chilies, and aromatic spices. Brings to a boil and makes 4 pint jars.

Ingredients

• 1 - 10 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes 'green chilies' - Rotel
• 1 - 28 oz diced tomatoes 'green chilies original' - Rotel
• 1 - 26 oz canned San Marzano peeled tomato
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 tbsp red onion freeze-dried
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp celery
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Bring to a boil
2. Makes 4 pt jars
