This recipe came from John Weihl who owns a BBQ company in Connecticut called John’s Twisted “Q”. I have come to love this spice on smoked chicken wings and John pointed out it is a good pork rub as well. I met John through social media as we both use and are fans of our Humphrey’s smoker, U.S. made smokers out of Main.

Description

This spice mix goes well on chicken, chick wings and pork. The flavor will enhance the taste of the meat when you use it in combination with a smoker. Store this in an air tight container after mixed.
