  1. Combine butter, ground pepper, sea salt, smoked paprika, all purpose seasoning, thyme, rosemary and garlic cloves.
  2. Spread butter mixture over the beef tenderloins
  3. Grill on a cast iron pan. We want the steaks to be seared in the butter mixture.

Note

These ingredients are for a prime rib but it tastes amazing when searing filet mignon.
