Ingredients

Mortar and Pestle Ingredients

3 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tbsp dried chopped onion
2 tsp dried dill weed

Other Dry Ingredients

³⁄₄ cups dried buttermilk powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

Instructions

Combine the mortor and pestel ingredients and give it a good grind.

Combine all ingredients in an airtight jar or container, refrigerate. It will keep for up to 1 year.

Note

For best tasting results, use regular mayo and regular sour cream instead of the light versions. In a mixing bowl ,combine 3 TBSP dry seasoning, 1 cup of mayo, 1 cup sour cream and 1 TBSP of lemon juice.
