Ingredients

1/2x 1x 2x 3x

• 1 cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
• 1 cups white sugar
• 1 cups butter flavor crisco
• 1 cups creamy peanut butter
• ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla (or more than a tsp)
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups flour (1/4 of a cup if more is needed)
• peanut butter chips (Do however much you think)

Instructions

1. Cream together the sugars, Crisco, peanut butter.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla
3. Sift the dry ingredients together and add gradually until blended well.
4. Roll into tablespoon size balls.
5. Roll cookie dough balls into sugar.
6. Place on cookie sheets- do not mash with fork in normal "peanut butter cookie" fashion!
7. Bake at 350° oven for 11-13 minutes
